It’s been awhile but I’m back.
Recently I’ve been interested my photography, especially bird photography. Mel and have are inundated with birds on our many feeders. We have several on our deck and some out front too. I watch a couple right outside my office window. I love watching the pair of bluebirds who are nesting in our bluebird box out front. I can’t wait for the babies to hatch and I can photograph them.
I also have a hummingbird feeder I can watch from my office window and there is a precious little hummer that has been visiting.

I have been working on setting up a bird cam and I’m hoping to get some great images from that if I can make it work.
Kayaking!
Mel and I are looking into purchasing a couple of Kayaks. It looks so fun and relaxing. We have a great paddle club here in Bella Vista. I took these images at lake Norwood near our home a few weeks ago.
I can’t wait until we get our own kayaks.
I have to get one that is really stable and has a stability bar attachment. I can walk down the ramp with my cane but I need the extra help to get in and out of the kayak. I’m hoping to be able to let our dog, bo, ride with me sometimes.
We are looking at the Diablo Amigo for me.

I’ve been watching a lot of kayaking videos on Youtube to learn about kayak safety and how to paddle and get back in if I fall out. It’s been fun watching them.
